Fits Carrier humidifier models 49BB001/910A and 49BH/912A-912B. This media replace 88NH0312BB07, and 88NH0312BA12. However, it does not contain the aluminum distribution tray that provides uniform distribution throughout the pad. You must use old tray from previous pad.
